Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
The average arrival time is 10-20 working days. An order can, however, take longer, but that is mainly dependent on your location and postal service.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and carrier and you can track it yourself.
In order to allow every customer to place an order with confidence, every order can be cancelled or changed before shipping out. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage.
PRODUCT
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed, orders are processed and are unable to be cancelled.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason at all, please return the item to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.

If your order was successful you should receive an order confirmation email that contains an order number. If not, your payment was not successful. This could be for a number of reasons including that your ZIP code did not match the one associated with your credit card. In order to solve this, edit your billing address to match the one associated with your credit card.
If you are unsure why your payment will not go through please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please CONTACT US within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help you investigate ASAP. Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 3-5 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.
